----------------
CONDUCT A FULL INVESTIGATION INTO ALBUQUERQUE POLICE DEPARTMENT ABUSE

The Albuquerque Coalition Against Police Brutality is concerned with the patterns and practices of abuse, excessive force, unjust killings and overall civil rights violations by the Albuquerque Police Department. Please sign the petition if you support our efforts to continue to notify the U.S. Department of Justice of these atrocities and to convince them to do a complete investigation of the Albuquerque Police Department in order to protect the citizens of Albuquerque.

APD officers have shot 24 people since 2010 with 17 of those fatalities. Twenty six police officers fired shots in those incidents. The majority of the victims were young Hispanic males. ADP has also been documented with a long history of biased and racially based policing. MLKMC has recently facilitated the formation of “The Albuquerque Coalition Against Police Brutality” which has a growing list of four community organizations.
